The Albany City Area Reading Council is a professional, not-for-profit organization for educators in the Capital Region concerned with improving literacy instruction and opportunities for all children and adults.
ACARC is a council of the International Reading Association and a New York State Reading Association affiliate. Membership in ACARC includes membership in NYSRA.
